how it works:

Trip on site and measurement

  • If the object is located in Kharkiv, a trip on site is free.
  • If the object is located outside the city, it is necessary to pay the fare to the sitet and back.
  • Dimensions for design, photo and video fixation can be provided by a geodesist (recommended), construction supervisor, customer.

Agreement 

Based on accurate measurements, an agreement is drawn up, which indicates the exact dimensions and area of the object. Based on the area of the object, the cost of the service is calculated. The agreement specifies the amount of the advance payment and the amount of the balance.Before the start of working on a project:
  • If the area is more than 40m2, an advance payment of 50% is required, the remaining 50% is paid on the day the final visualization and working drawings are issued.
  • If the area is less than 40m2, you must pay the full cost before starting work on the project.
Note:
  • Work on working drawings is carried out after the approval of the final visualization.
  • If part of the working drawings is needed before the project is completed, the full cost of the project must be paid.

Sketch 

  • Based on the wishes of the customer, a sketch, layout of the room, and furniture arrangement are being prepared. A sketch is a 3D image of an object (top view), and a 2D drawing. 
  • On the basis of new wishes and comments, a second sketch is being prepared. And so on until the final approval of the sketch.

Visualization 

  • After the approval of the sketch, a photorealistic visualization of the object is prepared, 6-8 photographs of each room. With specific finishing materials and interior elements that can be purchased in specialized stores. 
  • If necessary, on the basis of new wishes and comments, a second version of the visualization is prepared. And so on until the final approval of the visualization.

AUTHOR'S SUPERVISION 

How it works:

  • Accompaniment of repair: site visit, control of work execution according to the working drawings of the project design, consultation of builders and contractors.
  • Correction of drawings: in the process of project implementation, force majeure changes may occur, in this case we find the best solutions and make changes to the drawings.
  • Selection of materials: going  to stores to  select the most suitable from a huge range of existing ones.
  • Selection of furniture: going to stores, we also coordinate all issues with furniture manufacturers who make custom-made furniture.
  • Selection of lighting (chandeliers, lamps, sockets), textiles (curtains, bedspreads, carpets), paintings, posters, mirrors.
*Departure to the object is carried out as needed. If you are not from Kharkov, the cost of architectural supervision is negotiated individually, depending on the location of the object.**Payment is broken down monthly, that is, the entire amount is broken down by the projected time for the completion of work, at the beginning of each month payment for author’s supervision is made.
